Meet The Founder, Alva Allen III
Founder Alva Allen III was born and raised in the manufacturing industry. He spent his childhood watching his father design machinery, inspiring his own interest in engineering. Over the years, Alva developed a passion for watching mechanical designs come to life. His natural inclination to take a deep dive into complex problems is what propelled his career in industrial maintenance.
Beginning as an apprentice in a large HVAC and maintenance firm, Alva worked through the ranks into a management role. Throughout those years, Alva continued to dream about a company based on quality and customer service.
In 1996, Alva honed his years of training, understanding of mechanical principles and consulting experience by founding AA Mechanical Contractors. Since then, his vision has been to create an ideal company culture, and to set a new standard for communication and customer service.
Setting the Standard for Industrial Maintenance
With a vision to go beyond typical HVAC installation and maintenance, Alva created a company that prides itself on proactively addressing all equipment problems and always picking up the phone to call clients back. Now, after over 20 years in business, AA Mechanical provides equipment maintenance services for a variety of commercial and residential clients in Clinton, the surrounding Missouri area and the continental United States.
